Under the agreement, Ethiciti will provide Innova Solutions with a comprehensive harassment prevention curriculum designed to address differing training requirements across jurisdictions, along with multilingual course delivery and Ethiciti’s purpose-built Compliance Learning Management System.
The program includes training for employees and managers across the United States and Canada, including jurisdiction specific courses for California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, New York, Washington and the City of Chicago. Courses will be available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese and Canadian French.
