Ethiciti’s applies a neurodivergent-informed learning design that emerged directly from large-scale learner testing.

Rather than assuming one “right” way to learn, courses are intentionally designed to reduce friction and cognitive overload through:

  • Clear structure and predictable pacing
  • Smaller, manageable learning sections
  • Reduced visual clutter
  • Learner control over audio, captions, and playback speed
