Connecticut Sexual Harassment Training Requirements

Connecticut law mandates sexual harassment training for all employers. While the minimum requirement is two hours of training every ten years, employers are strongly encouraged to conduct training every three years. For employers with three or more employees, both supervisory and non-supervisory staff must receive at least two hours of training within six months of their hire date. Employers with fewer than three employees are required to provide training to their supervisors.
