
California Sexual Harassment Training Requirements
California law requires all employers, including those with temporary employees and independent contractors, to ensure compliance with the state’s sexual harassment prevention training. This applies to all companies with 5 or more employees.
All employees must complete at least 1 hour of training.
Supervisors and managers must complete at least 2 hours of training.
